Privacy statement

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This statement explains which personal data LOGI-FIX processes through this website, why we use it and which rights you have.

1. Who is responsible?

LOGI-FIX, part of Distrilog Holding, is responsible for the processing described in this statement.

Address: Hamelendreef 66, 3300 Tienen, Belgium
Privacy enquiries: jannes.bollen@distrilogholding.com

2. Which data do we process?

Contact form

When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, message and language preference. The hosting and form service may also record limited technical information needed to deliver the form and prevent abuse.

Website use

The website stores your selected language in your browser so that it can show the preferred language on a later visit. Our hosting provider may keep technical server logs for security, availability and troubleshooting.

Google Analytics 4

After you have given permission, Google Analytics can measure page views, navigation and call-to-action clicks, language changes, outbound links, scroll depth and successful contact-form submissions. The contents of the form and the values entered in its fields are never sent to Google. Analytics may also provide aggregated information about the browser, device type, approximate region, referring website and campaign parameters.

3. Why do we use your data?

We use contact details to answer enquiries, assess a possible cooperation and take steps at your request before entering into an agreement. We use limited technical data to keep the website secure and reliable. Depending on the situation, processing is based on your request, our legitimate interest in responding and operating the website, or a legal obligation.

4. Who receives your data?

Only authorised employees of LOGI-FIX and Distrilog Holding receive your enquiry when necessary. Netlify provides website hosting and form processing. The website loads fonts through Google Fonts. If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics. External links to LinkedIn and Google Maps only take you to those services when you choose to open them. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Processing outside the EEA

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long do we retain data?

We normally retain enquiries for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may retain information longer when this is required for an agreement, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. The language preference remains in your browser until you remove your browser data. Your analytics choice is stored for up to six months. We configure Google Analytics cookies for a maximum of six months and recommend a 14-month retention period for event data in Google Analytics.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Send your request to jannes.bollen@distrilogholding.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this statement when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
